According to the Elevator Operation and Maintenance Regulation of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey, Building Managers are obliged to have annual maintenance done and documented in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law.
➢ The company with which you have made the elevator maintenance agreement must have CE, TSE, HYB and ISO documents, Professional Liability Insurance at least It is legally mandatory for SMM to employ 2 authorized engineers and MYK, Mastery Certificate or Vocational High School Diploma technicians.
➢ The prices stated above are the prices recommended by TASİAD.
➢ VAT is not included in the prices.
